* Information and comments submitted through this form will be sent directly to [email protected] and a second copy will be forwarded to FoE(HK) ([email protected]). The collected comments will be used for participation estimation and comment references. All collected emails, comments and information will be deleted on July 20th 2014

Things to Take Note When Submitting a Comment:
1. Please write your name and email address / address (EPD will not accept comments without these information).
2. Though personal views about the project is important, also remember to make direct remarks about the EIA e.g unexplained data, unreasonable conclusions regarding the effects, lack of management or environmental measures.
3. Please try to edit and personalize your comment if you are using FoE(HK)'s template.
4. If comments are not personalized, repetitions are treated as one comment.
